As a strict company policy, we do not issue refunds for any of our products. All purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.
Customers may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time. However, cancellations will not result in a refund. After cancellation, no further charges will be applied.
We strive to provide excellent technical support. If you face any issues, our support team is always ready to help resolve your concerns.
Customers who engage in repeated or serial return attempts may face restrictions on future purchases. Customers who violate product terms of use may also lose any right to return or exchange.
For one-time purchase users, support and updates are provided during the active subscription period. Any additional support add-ons, extensions, or upgrades are strictly non-refundable.
There are absolutely no exceptions to our "No Refund" policy. Once a purchase is made, it is final.
